Procurement to Stitching
POLICY
♦ (YOUR
COMPANY NAME). maintains proper system of purchasing, storing, weaving, processing,
dyeing and stitching for GITS.
PROCEDURE
• The (YOUR
COMPANY NAME). will purchase
yarn or fabrics
of GOTS & OE 100 only from
approved supplier list of supplier.
• Purchase
order will be issued in favour of the
supplier for Organic yarn & Fabric.
• Every
supplier for organic yarn or fabric will provide valid GOTS & OE 100
certificate with every supply.
• Organic
Yarn or fabric will be received in Store
and preserved in area in proper manner. No pesticide spray will be done in
Organic yarn/Fabric storage area.
• Organic yarn/ fabric will be entering into storage area through GRN.
• All
Organic yarn/fabric will be properly
placed and identified during whole processing from yarn to packing.
• No
PVC packaging material will be used
for Organic Textile.
• All
transportation of Organic textile will be properly
documented.
• All
Weaving, Processing, Dyeing and packing
will be done according to GOTS standard version 2.0 & OE
100.
• For
any complex product specifications will be send to ETKO for approval first.
• In case of any complaint or non conformance Mr. Md. Ruhul Alam Sharif is responsible to inform ETKO via
email or telephone call for the further action.
